Services are delivered digitally only (via PDF, WhatsApp, or Email).
Free Services (e.g., Free Kundli) provide limited insights.
Paid Services require advance online payment.
- Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase Paid Services.
Minors may access services only under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
- User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful details (Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, etc.) while placing an order.
Reports are generated based on these details; Vidhi AI will not be liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information shared by the user.
- Instant Delivery & Refund Policy
All reports are processed through automated AI systems and delivered instantly in digital format.
No refunds will be issued once a report is successfully generated and delivered.
Refunds will be considered only in cases of:
Duplicate payment.
Technical failure (payment deducted but no report delivered).
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
